I'm grateful to PoetKelly for posting the links and information, but frankly, the responses of a few of the folks here give me pause. I understood this as a supportive and encouraging space, not as a place of judgement or nastiness. I choose to follow the instructions of my doctor and nutritional team, and that is my business, no one else's. I appreciate the wide variations in practice and the wide variety of treatment that we experience, and it is not my business to judge or comment on other's experience. I can only share my own.
