need more protein HELP
Thanks to all of you. you all gave me some great ideals I was just trying to eat my protein b/c the shakes gave me the dumping, but i now found muscle milk and other source's of drinks with high protein 42 grams in one and 60 in the other so now I can get at least 102 grams and still eat a meal. I do eat Greek yogurt and string cheese deli slice meat and beans, but the problem was I couldn't eat enough at one meal or snack to add up to 60 grams or more a day.
