So I am 7months out and down to 172 from 310-I cant imagine going back to life the way it was.I am so much happier now.Life is better in everyway.This weekend I played my first softball game since losing weight and it was awesome to be able to run without getting winded and to be able to make it to the bases with no problems.I just feel so great and so blessed to have lost this weight.Life is good!!!

Loving this new life, just trying to figure it all out and take it all in day by day!!!
