I was very successful losing weight with WW several years ago - but of course I did not keep it off.  I was seriously considering adding it as another tool to use with the great RNY tool I have been given thinking it would be valuable when the maintenance phase comes.  Any thoughts, experience, etc?

Why would you want to do that.  From your stats it looks like your tool is working fine.  i dont think it would be a good Idea to start WW.  We went through all of this to never have to be labeled by a diet.  I think if you follow your Rules for Life after RNY you will be fine.Maintenance I think is going to consist of starting and keeping Moving!!!!

I would let your surgery work itself right now. I would keep ww as a tool that you might need later when you find yourself unfocused or struggling at 2.....3...5.....10 years out now. There will be challenges that are bigger later on....right now you are in the losing zone. Do you have a wls support group?
