Rise and shine OH... today is a training day for me so Ill be at Fort Meade all day.  I'll probably catch the AAFES or PX for something today.
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

Good Morning,

I'm not feeling 100% today (not sure why) so I'll have to see about my eating...here is what I have planned...

B - cheese & spinach phyllo
L - chef salad
D - ?? - maybe meatballs
S - fruit and yogurt

Got dog class tonight...but won't be walking today as the temperature is supposed to hit 40 Celsius...to hot for both the dogs and me.  But I'm going to try to motivate myself to do a cardio video at home.

Hot here too... so keeping it simple:

B - protein bar
L - cheese & apple
S - banana
D- salmon burger? 

Busy week leading up to my oldest son's graduation.  Tonight, my youngest son has a concert, tomorrow is senior awards night, Saturday is graduation, Sunday is his party... Monday a day of rest!

L-leftover chicken n cheese
S-Jerky maybe
D-no idea depends if we have running around to do

Have to work out today but to hot out so will be using the treadmill.

Morning, monthly reports out to the board now I can relax a little!

PreB: water and coffee
B: top off 1 1/2 slices of pizza and a little crust
L: salad from the grocery store
D: not sure, didn't take anything out but probably shredded beef taco w/guacamole

It's hot here today too, so I probably won't get any exercise in.  Maybe in the basement when I get home.

I am working from home today, and having my FIRST SESSION WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER later on today... fingers crossed that the session is awesome :)

Breakfast: one low fat turkey sausage, one egg over hard
Snack: 1 cup coffee, 1/4 cup milk
Lunch: Ahi tuna, applesauce
Snack: slice of ham, tablespoon guacamole
Dinner: Remainder of my ahi tuna, 1/4 cup veggies

Looks like I am behind on liquids today, I need to step it up a notch!

Good morning OH. I started my day off right, walked the dog 45 minutes. Going to Yoga tonight.

coffee with s/f creamer

B: cottage cheese and a mango

s: small handful of trail mix

L: el pollo loco chicken breast and salad?  not sure forgot my lunch so have to grab a bite out

D: baked parmesean chicken, fresh homegrown green beans 1 small roasted rosemary red potatoe.

S: s/f rice pudding with NSA cherry pie filling
