Rise and shine!!!  One more day in this heat thank goodness.  My eats will be:
slices of spicy cheese
water
cream of wheat
jambalaya
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

Morning Everyone!!

Yesterday I was out at an offsite all day meeting...and some of it incuded a demo outside in the parking lot. Hello? Its friggin HOT! at least I wasnt thinking about food all day!

Today Im headed to Happy Hour after work at the National Harbor with a bunch of my old co-workers. Cant wait. It will be great to see everyone!

Today all I have planned is:

Chocolate almond protein shake
Caesar salad
Almonds and a nectarine

I know I'll be having a drink or two later.

This morning I took my DD and her friend out to breakfast and was scared as hell at how much I was able to eat.  I mean just because I can, doesn't mean I should!

PreB: water and coffee
B: slice of french toast, scr. egg, and a piece of bacon
L: top of two slices of pizza
D: salad and probably a protein shake

Gonna be a hot one here today, my tomatoes will love it!

Oh yes, loving and hating this heat -- had to travel to KY yesterday for my beloved uncle's funeral (he drowned Saturday while fishing with his two young grandsons -- so sad today)....went to the graveside service and sweat was running down my legs!

That coupled with my mom having surgery today and I'm a mess -- but I'm determined to not turn to my old friend food during these times and I was actually so excited to see 138.0 on the scale this morning (I love the gym during stressful times). So I'm back below goal - thank GOD and it's amazing how powerful that scale number is to me even THOUGH IT SHOULD NOT BE. But it's also nice to know that when I eat like I should and not what I want or can, then nature takes care of itself.

Eats today:
- Click and skim
- Greek yogurt and blackberries
- RTD Syntha 6
- Starbucks iced coffee
- baked porkchop and broccoli
- cottage cheese with sf pudding mix and coolwhip
