Just Dance 2...I'm in pathetic shape
I love my Just Dance as well. At first, the pause button (or home button on the Wii) was my best friend. Just follow the routine until you feel you just cannot anymore, hit pause, and rest for a bit. (Or go walk slowly or clean or something less energetic.) Then come back to it and do it for a few minutes more. The repeat as much as you can. This all adds up just like doing one big long round of exercise - and it does get much easier. Lol, plus you don't end up doing the same exact few minutes over and over again!
