Thanks Autumn, I am also a drive-thru-aholic.  I did it twice yesterday.  What a waste of money.  And all those cals. It is my plan also to get back on track this week.  I work weekend nights out of town and it becomes very difficult to feed myself for the entire weekend when I am living out of town for those 3 days.  But I am again encouraged.. Looks like a great recipe.  I think I will shred the lettuce and make a taco salad
