Took my step-daughter to the waterpark today for her b-day. We had a blast. I rode all the rides and didn't worry about getting stuck in a tube or being too out of breath to climb the slide towers. Unfortunately the lilly white parts of me that had not seen sunlight in 10+ years are now crispy in spite of numerous applications of sunscreen. work tomorrow is not going to be pretty. LOL

Walmart sunblock 75spf...I got it for $8...it's water resistant.  Works great (obviously for the next outing).

For the tender parts now, Aloe Gel and Burn cream!

We haven't been lucky enough to get to the water park while it's warm...so no slides yet...but soon!

heck yeah to the aloe gel. I have a huge bottle and am applying it frequently. next time in addition to new sunscreen, think I'll just wear a t-shirt and maybe even some shorts over my swim suit. I'm just too fair skinned to stay in the hot texas sun all day without burning. funny that I would forget that fact. LOL didn't really get outdoors much when I was heavy.
