Kinda having a hard time!!

I do everything the doctors tell me to do and I have not lost anything the last two weeks. I have been walking some but not everyday my back has been bothering me. I don't eat any more than what I am suppose to or nothing I am not suppose to. I go strictly by the books, I think 2 times I have ate a little more than I am suppose to of salad not paying attention. I am just hoping that I lose my weight I need to that is all I want. Also I do not eat any carbs!! My dietitan gave me a menu to follow and said it would help with my PCOS. I follow it strict!!! Just felling down sorry:(

Are you on the pre-op diet, or have you already had you surgery?
If so, how far out are you?

yeah, a little more info would be helpful. what weight did you start, where are u in your journey, what is the diet like?

I am sorry that is really silly of me to not post where I was at. I am 7 weeks out from surgery I have been doing great besides I think my weight loss should be more I am not really sure. I started at 290 and my scale said today 252.. I hope it matches the doctors scale..
