Dumping on Carbs?

I have a protein drink I like to make that includes cottage cheese, greek yogurt, sugar free pudding mix, milk and protein powder.  It has 42 grams of protein and 23 grams of carbs.  I have had it a few times and when I do I feel like I did when I dumped on the sugar I accidently had.  Is it possible to dump on high carbs?  I have never had a problem with dairy before, or any fruits that I have.  Is it just too many at one time?

That is what sugar is, carbs.  For me, simple carbs such as sugars, refined flours, rice, can mae me dump if I have too much.  for me 23 carbs would not cause that, but for you it may.

23 carbs would effect me...not in the true dumping sense like sweating, jittery and possibly loose bowels...but it make me very lethargic and possibly put me in a 'carb coma' for an hour or so....I'll sleep it off and then be good to go

 Thanks.  I usually eat pretty low carb so I never gave it much of a thought.  I'll have to watch the carb content better.

yeap. big time.
More than 10 carbs - (unless from green veggies and berries) and I dump or get RH, or both...

 I usually only eat green vegies and berries so that makes sense.  Once in a while a bite or 2 of a potato or yam.  The only other carbs I get are in dairy.  I'll have to watch it a little more closely now.

I don't really dump on sugars anymore, but can on carbs - in the way of having Reactive Hypoglycemia.  Its hard to tell between the two.  When I go eat sushi lately the rice has been making me have an RH episode...

Just keep an eye on it.

I dump on carbs very easily.  I really have to watch it with the SF puddings because if I too much of those I dump.  The only carbs I don't dump on are fruits and veggies.  Fruits will make me dump if I overdo it, but if I keep it in moderation I'm fine.
