What can I take??

Okay so I woke up this morning with a stuffy nose, sneezing, runny eyes, sore throat... yuck!... I normally would take a Dayquil and then Theraflu at night and it would be gone the next day... but now I have no clue what to take so I am sitting here at work feeling like poo (and I am not talking about the cute, tubby, honey - loving kinda Pooh either... lol ) Please help I need something soon!

I took dayquil when I had the sniffles. so Id assume it's safe

I asked a pharmacist who understood RNY and she recommended Childrens Benadry.  Puts me to sleep though.

Thanks everyone... I forgot to mention that I am allergic to guaifenesin... I will check the labels of the suggestions and hopefully get some relief soon... I was just worried about the NSAIDS restriction and since I'm not completely sure what all that includes have been weary about taking anything... Thanks again!
