I agree Isopure is gross. But .... 40g of protein for 160cal is an amazing start to my day. I don't have to stress over breakfast and solid food first thing doesn't sit well with my pouch. It's nasty but I choke it down. I think it's worth it. I'm looking for something that'll get me 40g+ of protein for less than 200cal.

You can mix most whey powder into some water or skim milk and then slowly add the warm drin****il it is all mixed together. You do not want the whey to suddenly cook. I believe the temperature is 130. If you do it this way it will not get too hot and then you can just microwave it a little to get the temp back up to where you like it.

If you use a vanilla or chocolate whey protein you can even use it as your "creamer" in your coffee or sugar-free hot chocolate. Mocha..yum!

I think Isopure is AWFUL!!!!!!!!  EWWWWW  It doesn't matter what flavor it is they all make me want to puke!   I found Nectars and I think they are wonderful.  I use Roadside Lemonade, Pink Grapefruit, Caribbean Cooler and Chocolate Truffle.  The chocolate one is great with skim milk and a few ice cubes in a shaker tastes like a malt.
I use creamer in my coffee that I make from SEI vanilla protein powder and water, vanilla extract and sugar free Vanilla creamer.  I found that not all powders hold up well to heat like the one from SEI
