8 weeks post op

 I decided to take pictures every four weeks. I took my pictures (or maybe I should say mug shots) this morning. I was really disappointed. I don't see much change but my son said he sees a huge change. I have lost 51 pounds since my RNY. I carried most of my weight in my belly. I want the belly to go away!

 sorry, I tried to copy the pictures from my profile page. I guess that didn't work. I also have a picture of me at my heaviest two years ago at 330 pounds.

I see a change too WAY TO GO!  CONGRATULATIONS!

I definitely see the difference.  Did you take measurements?  I guarantee you've lost major inches!!  Congrats!!

I see a MAJOR difference!!!   Just wait and see what the next 8 weeks brings!  WOW such a great difference!  Plus you look so much younger already!

Did you take your measurements? Sometimes its easier for us to see the numbers in inches, than change the image in our head of what we think we look like!

 I didn't take measurements. I wish I had now, especially when I hit a stall. I was wearing pants with a 48 inch waist. This morning I switched to a 42 inch waist.

My wife used to tell me I had a very thick skull and I was hard headed. Maybe that is why I don't see much difference in the pictures. I wish she was still here to see what I am doing. She always worried about my big belly and excess weight.

OMG!!! I can see a huge difference. I think it is so strange that we can't look at ourselves and see the change. 51 lbs. in 8 weeks if fantastic. It looks like you'll be one who loses fast as compared to others.
