iPhone App for tracking???

Does anyone know of an iPhone app for tracking food and vitamin intake? My strong preference would be one that not only tracks caloric intake but Protein intake as well. I've been able to find apps for body builders but have not found one that does all that I'm looking for!

Thanks in advance for any help...

They have an iPhone app as well. You can set it up to track whatever you like, but protein is one of the main ones it automatically tracks. I don't know if it tracks vits\amins, though.

I have a mac book. I got the "Perfect Diet Tracker" from the app store. It's great! I don't think it will do anything for you regarding vitamins. Check it out. It's great. It also calculates your exercise based on your weight. My treadmill says one thing but the perfect diet tracker takes your weight into consideration. You can view it before you purchase. I don't remember how much it cost but it can't be that much or I wouldn't have bought it.

Hi,

Try My Fitness Pal. (Its free.) It does track protein, with everything else. You can add under 'notes' that you've taken your vitamins. It's available on iphone and android.

Hope that helps :)

Nutrimirror.com has a mobile web page.  It will track everything and even lets you enter recipes/ new foods, etc.  I have used it about 2 years and really like it.

I use the Mynetdiary. Does the trick for me. Tracks my protien. Haven't tried or looked into if it works for my vits. Good luck. Lots of options out there.

I was using livestrong.com's my plate but I couldn't figure out how to find protien intake for the day on the iPhone app. I switched to myfitnesspal the other day and it's much easier to track protien with this app. You can also add you own foods pretty easily and I found adding stuff on the livestrong app to be a pain. I would totally recommend the myfitnesspal app

Everyone, thank you so much. I am going to download a couple of them and see which one works best. I find that I need to start agressively recording my food intake.. not that I think it is too much, but rather not enough. I will let everyone know which one works best for me...

Again, thanks everyone for your response..
