Surgery went great! So far, so good! I feel good, still a little sore, but otherwise, GOOD. :)
What's not so good is that I can't sleep! I'm tired of course, and after some pain meds, I usually do pass out for an hour or so.....but I feel like I'm having insomnia or something. Could it be the B12 injections I was given before release from the hospital?

Anyone know of anything I could do to help me sleep at this stage? I'm still on liquid meds and chewables...I really loathe the idea of trying to chew/crush a Tylonol PM or Melatonin at this point!

This will pass.  I was told it was a side effect of the surgury meds. For me it took 2 to 3 weeks before I had a really good nights sleep.

It's completely normal after surgery to have insomnia. It's not the b-12. It will pass.

I too had trouble sleeping when I came home from surgery.  After about 2 weeks it all came back together.  The best of luck to you.
