Foamies?

 I think I just had a small case of the foamies. I am still on the full liquid stage of my diet. I had just woke up from a nap and it was time to take my pain meds. (I am only 5 days out) I took the meds (liquid Loratab) and soon felt like I need to cough something up. My spit was foamy and white. 

Was this the foamies? What do you think caused it and how can I prevent it from happening again?

take a bit of water first, before you take your medicine.   Try not to worry about it too much.  5 days out is very early and it will all begin to be much better soon.
