i get a package of hidden valley zesty ranch and mix it with unflavored greek yogurt instead of sour cream. I take it to work pot lucks alot and everyone loves it.

Yep. Get the 0% fat Fage Greek yogurt which is really high in protein, and you can also mix in onion soup mix or good seasons salad dressing.

I agree!  Any type of seasoning packet, or dip mix in Greek yogurt is super yummy and a great source of protein.  Also,  I love dipping veggies in different flavored hummus.  My favorite is roasted red pepper hummus from Trader Joes.

Good luck!

Check out The World According To Eggface... she has several dips/spreads that are WLS friendly and easy to make at home. Good luck!
