Are you doing any excercise? that plus eating every 2-3 hours will put your metabolism into overdrive and possibly break your stall.

Talk to your dietician, if you dont have one I recommend getting one that is certified in Bariatric Patients and use him or her for atleast first 5 months

Good Luck

When someone stalls or plateus, it's normal. Your body is trying to adjust to the harsh conditions which has been pushed on it. Once your body tries to stop adjusting, you will break the plateu or stall and your metabolism will start firing up again. The previous poster said exercise helps which is true. Try going for walks or light jogs if you are able to at this stage and it could help speed up the process. I hit a lot of stalls and my body just readjusted and I kept losing the weight. So take it from me, I'm 5 years out and I'm still maintaining. Good luck.

I'm jealous!  I'm also 3 months out and have lost 42 pounds!  So, stop stressing about the loss!  Everyone is different, everyone stalls, and if you are doing it all right, it will continue to come off!

My best advice?  Put the scale away and don't get on it for two or three more weeks.

Increase your exercise if you can.  Even a little bit might help.
