Why can't I sleep?!?
Does the magnesium effect the absorption of iron? I usually take my iron and vit c, literally as I'm getting into bed. I take one magnesium (don't remember the mg) in the morning with the probiotic, omega 3, multi, b-12, calcium and breakfast. Another calcium goes with lunch then after dinner, I take my other multi, calcium and the other magnesium.
Am I getting the most out of me supps?

I wish I can tell you why. I see this happen to many RNYer post-ops. I really think a study could be done to try to determine why so many of us deal with this.
I take Temazepam several nights a week so I can sleep.

Yeah, I cannot figure it out. I stopped doing the night time protein shake a couple days ago, and last night I got the restless muscles thing while I was lying in my daughter's bed reading her bedtime stories. And I hadn't taken my B12 yet either.
The last thing I had eaten was some ricotta cheese about 2 hours earlier. It's so frustrating! And the fact that it didn't start happening until 6 days ago is what makes it so curious. Why all of a sudden? It makes me think there is a deficiency issue that has developed.
Time to call the NUT, methinks.
