Quick Prep Meal Help Pls- Falling Back Into Old Habits
My fav kind of meals are easy to make and they are good for you. Try Lean Cuisine with the baked chicken and mash potatoes, they have a lot of protein and low in calories. I find myself getting back into those old habits to. Old habits die hard. Try going back to protein bars for snacks, there are really delicious ones out there called Supreme Protein. Try going back to the protein shakes. Also drinking lots of water helps kill the hunger pains. I just discovered this new drink mix called Mio, its really good. You mix it in water, just like the powder mix only liquid. Same thing too, no calories, and no sugars. I hope this helps a little. Good luck.

Greek yogurt (can add some type of flavoring or protein powder or sf jelly/jam)
Boiled eggs
String cheese
Chicken breast over a salad
Ham or turkey roll ups (I roll it around string chees and microwave it 2 minutes on Power Level 2 til the string cheese gets warm and gooey - yum)
Tuna salad or chicken salad made with lite mayo, boiled eggs and a little pickle relish
Cottage cheese with sf jam/jelly
Chili
I keep a basket in the frige at work filled with leaf lettuce, grilled chicken breast cut up, boiled eggs, bacon slices, grated cheese, cukes and broccoli. I make a salad every day for lunch and the ingredients are there, on hand. I prepare everything on Sunday and take it in Monday mornings. I keep other stuff in the basket for breakfast (string cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, boiled eggs, ham and turkey).
