Oh yeah.  I even gained weight while sticking to plan.  A slow month is not so unusual.  I averaged 1.3 lbs a week wl for the near 18 months it took to lose 98lbs.  Some loose quick, others painfully slow, most somewhere in between.  What matters is you can still make your goal and maintain.

Everything is OK. Look at the weight you've lost so far in such a short period of time. When we slow down and even stall, I think it's our body's way of catching up to us. Just keep doing your plan and think of the results you'll have a year out.

I am on my first stall I call it. My surgery was on March 7th and I have lst from 217lbs to now 175lbs. However this month only 5 lbs lost total...Nothing has changed in my living style or anything, no vacationing, and overeating, nothing............ So, at least it isnt going up :)

It's typical.  I started at 236 on March 1, now I'm 194.  It slows down a little, but I havent played by the book either.  It's a challenge.
