I am a country girl, lol but I always work out to David Guetta songs. He is the best for making dance and fast paced songs. Party Rock anthem is one I love at the gym. But also look for songs that he produced (he's behind almost every hit dance song out there lol). They have the same energy.

I love DJ Tiesto and Paul Okenfold- It is techno music.

If you like Latin music, I would try Salsa, Merengue or Bachata. :)

Good choices. A little trance or techno. For me it's a little of both maybe some industrial, some Rob Zombie.

I am all over the map with mine. But I have a bunch of Pink's songs, Black eyed peas, then some others. Funny thing is I dont listen to those songs any other time. just when I am working out.

Call me lame, but Gloria Estefan has a lot of upbeat songs that I can't help but shake my booty to!

I also like Black Eyed Peas, Eminem, Linkin Park, Pink and many more! I'm a lyrics kind of girl, so if the song packs a powerful "YOU CAN DO THIS" message, it works for me! :)

I have a wide range from Jason Aldean and Lady Antebellum to Black Eye Peas and Nelly to the 80's "No Stopping on the Dance Floor" and the Bee Gees..even an occassional Rob Zombie.  My teenage boys say that my Ipod is lame!!  Good...so they won't be borrowing it!
