congrats on your loss. Stalls seem to happen to many folks and you may just be in a stall. Change things around, up your protein, lower your carbs, up your fluids. Stick with the program. Journal your intack to see if you have gone off program. Stalls can last a few weeks so hang tough. Are you getting over 100g of protein?

I have lost 70# in six months but the scale has been moving very slow these last couple of months, maybe 4#/month. I log my food at myfitnesspal.com and I exercise several days a week. My slow weight loss isn't a stall but is very, very slow. Maybe that's a good thing but if you're not losing weight, you may be dropping inches or your body is changing. I know these last couple of months I wasn't losing alot of weight but my body changed, especially my face. If you're exercising, you could be building muscle which is heavier than fat. I think that is what has happened to me. I do alot of elliptical and walking on the treadmill so I've firmed up so even not much of a weight loss, I'm firmer which means more muscle.....
Hang in there, follow your program with your protein, very low carbs, lots of fluid. If you're doing that, eventually the weight will come off.

I started really slowing down at the 5th month.

I eat 4 meals a day, 10-25g per meal and 2 protein drinks, around 20 per drink I post meals on Miles and Meals on the Light weight forumn so you can go there and check out a few days. I've been in the 120s mostly this week.

I try to get my protein mainly from food but sometimes I need something else to boost it over where I want it to be so I do drink a protein shake occasionally and I do drink 1/2 bottle of Isopure most days. One bottle of Isopure is 40 grams but also 160 calories so I try to eat protein without too many calories but get the protein in. I also snack of HEB and Jack Links Beef Jerky which is a really great source of protein and filling too. For instance, at breakfast, I've eaten this week, two boiled eggs and 1 oz of beef jerky....Lunch will be 3oz rotisserie chicken and 1/2 cucumber with some vinegar. Not sure about dinner yet but will be low-carb...as much as I can anyway.
Everyone on OH will have ways that work for them but it is important to find what works for you. I know I've certainly tried to follow other people's programs but learned that carbs are not my friend. Wasn't my friend before surgery and still not my friend so I limit them and exercise as much as I can....if you keep doing this, the weight will eventually come off.

I think your in the stage/period of plateau.As far as i know, it means that your body is getting a hard time to burn or release fats to lose more weight. Better to change your exercise routine/activities that more intense than before but still can fit from your body. You can incorporate on taking natural weight loss supplement.. example Slender factor or any other brands (fat burning support) that will also helps to burn those fats during your new exercise routines/activities.
