Insanity!
Do any of you do Insanity for your workouts? If so how do you like it?? My husband and I are starting together tomorrow and for the first time I'm actually really excited. Partly because we're going to work on better-ing ourselves together (so schmoopy I know, ) and because I finallly feel like I'm going to be able to see the actual changes in my body. However I'm a tiny bit nervous because I think I'm going to be suuuper sore but I keep telling myself it's going to be worth it.
