Peanut Butter Cheesecake!

I am 2 weeks post op and tonight I made some peanut butter cheesecake. It was yummo.

a bit less than 1/2 cup of 0% Greek yogurt
TBS of PB2
TBS of SF,FF cheese cake pudding mix
Mix it all together.

I really don't like Greek yogurt either. I tried putting Crystal light in it and blech. This is the only way I have liked it so far.

I am going to try this later this week.  I once again bought some greek yogurt this weekend to again TRY to find some way to really like it.  I use it in place of sour cream but otherwise struggle to like it. 

Did this really taste good???  I am hoping so.....

I really tasted good. It wasn't like I had to choke it down. I actually enjoyed it.

I buy mine from Netrition.com. You can get it on amazon but it's more than double the price. Plus Netrition always has a flat rate shipping o**** No matter what you order. I also ordered some BSN dessert Banana cream pudding protein powder. That is already gone. LOL

Somehow PB and cheesecake don't go together in my head but I just may try this.
