It finally happened to me too

Ah, yet another post about stalls!  Who needs it RIGHT!  But, I just wanted to say that I have hit my first one 10 weeks out.  Have not lost anything in a week.  It is very upsetting.  My WL have been very steady so I have been quite lucky the past 9 weeks, but now I have to live through my first stall.

Let's all cross our fingers that it is a SHORT one!

This is not a sprint, it is a marathon, and I will not stop running.  I have to remember that I am the thinnest I have been in many, many years and I feel very good.  That is going to have to get me by until I break this stall.

Any advice on how to break it?

You have a very realistic attitude on a very emotional issue. I understand the frustration with stalls, this is weight loss surgery after all. But as you say, take a look at what you have already accomplished, and it is great!

Take on point with your fluids and protein. Continue your exercise and take your vitamins. Your body is adjusting.

Most people after a stall are caught off guard by a 3-7 loss on some random day from what i have seen on the boards. However, it doesn't seem to come without work and diligence on their part.

Stalls are hard. Just power through it and keep doing what you are doing. Things will keep coming off. I had a hard month in June - barely lost 5 lbs - but the first two weeks of July ten pounds came off. It will happen, and things will average out like they are supposed to.
