Upset pouch today

RNY 5/25/11 SW: 308  CW: 265 (4LBS FLUCTUATION BROKE, YEAH!!!!)

  All day yesterday, I felt so good and healthy! I made the fatal mistake of rushing to eat some deli turkey breast and swiss cheese too fast because my friend was coming over. I felt like a dog ready to barf!! I was sick all night and felt nauseous and had chills!  I mean the chills were bad!! Anywho, fast forward to today and my grouchy pouchy is not feeling too good. I have NO DESIRE to eat, I grabbed a hot tea to try and move the turkey "down" starting to feel a little better but I'd like to know what "veterans" do to make their pouch feel a little better. I still have a little nausea, but it's starting to feel a little better.

I hate "bad food days" -- what I call  days I have no desire to eat.  They happen, just waiting it out works for me.  Could be caused by a pill going down wrong, over indulging, too many days w/o going to the bathroom -- whatever the cause, time is the only thing I've found to help.

DId you try taking some papaya enzyme?  I was out for lunch the other day with friends, ate a bit too much and started feeling like I was going to be sick.  I chewed 4 pills and drank some hot coffee it really helped.  Good luck. I hope you feel better soon.
