How do you keep your shakes cold?
At home, just put back in the fridge for a short period of time after you feel full. If you have a shake at work, use a small ice chest, and try to keep some ice in the bottom of the chest. You might also consider some of the insulated glasses. I just got a couple at Walmart. These are plastic, but double walled, and they do have a straw that won't fall out. If you're careful, you can use the straw without getting air. If not, remove the straw, and unscrew the lid. You could add a couple of ice cubes in the insulated cup too. I put some ice in the cup and filled with Powerade Zero on Tuesday when I went to the support meeting. The ice lasted about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Try making shakes with ice water or really cold FF milk, as that would extend the chilled temp of the shake too. DAVE
