I love Orowheat 100% Whole Wheat bread, but lately I've found a new favorite in Sara Lee 45 Calorie and Delightful bread... Per slice, 45 calories, 7 Carb, 3 Fiber, 3 protein.

I also use and like the Sara Lee 45 cal bread.  But only toasted.  I like toasting it and then buttering it and then sprinking on cinnamon sugar made with erythritol rather than real sugar.

My body doesn't seem to like bread, but it does like the Mission Low Carb tortillas.  I love loading those up with meat and cheese and making a half quesadilla.  That's all that I can eat in one sitting.

I have Celiac Disease so I'll never eat normal bread or protein bread, but I also can't eat most gluten-free bread now either because it's rice-based.  There is one gluten-free bread (not endorsing this but from experience, that is made from tapioca and cheese) called Against The Grain.  I have been able to eat it in small amounts.

I does have calories and carbs, but has protein... in very small doses I think it's ok.
