Fat, sick and nearly dead

it's a movie I found on Netfix and you can stream it, so I did.

Give it a look if you have Netfix and the time, it is over 2 hours long.  It is about a guy that does a juice fast and inspires others to try and they do withe good results.  

His struggles were alot like ours, those who have a RNY.  He interviews people too and they have the same excuses that I hear when people want to talk weight loss with me.

The only issue I had with the film was when a lady called surgery the easy way out, well we all know that is NOT the case.  

Anyway, good movie and I wanted to share it. 

I looooved that movie. It was really interesting.
If it didn't cost $15-30+ a day I would try it out for a month.

Thanks, I'm going to look for it....I have a great juicing machine I bought in the 1980's, a really, really good one.  Did he have RNY or just wanted to lose.  I love to juice.  I just wish I wasn't so lazy about doing it.
