I am going to make deviled eggs today and I was looking online the protein of an egg. Some places it says 6g and some places it says 12 g are in an egg. What is correct? Also if you have any good deviled egg recipes let me know!

Just had a hard boiled egg.
Was certain at one time that eggs would do me in.
Now, I ask for them.
I ate it slowly to be sure it would be going down and staying down.
Thanks for the question. I usually manage to get one egg in. Sometimes just half an egg if my pouch thinks it is too dry.
I used to use deviled ham and mayo for deviled eggs but do not think it is healthy.
Going to a party on Sunday and may make deviled eggs now that you mentioned it. I will look in allrecipes.com for a recipe.
Thanks again for the question, I loved learning the answer.

This is a deviled egg recipe that replaces some of the yolks with cottage cheese.  You can't even tell it's there!

I eat an organic boiled egg every day in my salad.  6gm protein.  I boil a dozen a week.

I would go to www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com to find a bariatric friendly recipe.

Best wishes.
