4 week post op visit.

Today was my 4 week post-op visit. I am down 20lbs since surgery. Down 32 since May 5th. For a grand total of 80lbs lost since my highest. I am super excited. I also got advanced to phase 3. I will do phase 3 for a week and then phase 4. I was surprised by this b/c for some reason I was under the impression that I would be at phase 2 for 3 more weeks.

 Congratulations on your major weight loss! I just moved to my phase 3 yesterday.  It's definately nice to get a change of foods!! Enjoy it!! And congrats again!
