No I'm not just wanting to see if I'm still doing ok regarding the time out of surgery I am.

Have you still been able to keep the weight off?  What are y ou eatting?  Do you still get sick?

I've kinda slipped back into bad habits, but I exercise a lot and am very active so I have been able to keep the weight off. I still try to get a lot of protein and take my multivitamins, although not as much as I should. When I eat, I usually eat a lot of chicken, I don't get sick or "dump" as often as I used to, but I still occassionally will from time to time if whatever I'm eating or drinking is too sweet.

It sounds like you are doing very well.

After I finally gained some weight back I feel so much better.  I have been settled at this weight for almost 2 years now.  I was working on my self confidence and I actually participated in a State Pageant.  My daughter and I both competed.  We both won.  I was in shock.  After gastric bypass I never thought that I would compete.  We won the pageant last year and last Saturday was a year so we had to crown of successors.  I was Classic Mrs. Georgia.

I don't take my vitamins like I should at all.  I take them every once in a while but just need some support from someone like you to get me back on track.

I sent you a friend request.  Would like to continue to support you in your journey.

BTW, congrats on the TT in August.  I would love to have LBL but probably won't be possible.  I have posted new pictures check them out and let me know what you think.

I am 6  years out and doing well maintaining the loss a few bumps in the road with tummy troubles last year but back on track now.  I still feel horrible if I eat too much sugar and have to eat small portions frequently.  I still eat like I did in the beginning because it makes me feel better to eat good proteins, simple carbs and lots of water.  I am convinced success is because it is a lifestyle change and forever and thats how I have taken this.
Hope all is well
