Help! Weight Gain????
Around 8-9 months out, I started bouncing around. I will go down to say 135 then up to 137 and bounce around there for a while, then go down again. I have ended up losing 4-5 lbs a month but it can be irritating when you see the scale going up and down. I've read others who do the same thing so don't worry. In the long run, you go in the right direction, just bounce some in between the going down.
Be sure you are getting in around 100g of protein a day, keeping your fluids over 84oz, keeping your carbs low and you should be fine.
