I get full on almost everything I eat (even yogurt), but I get especially full (and very quickly) on tuna, beef, and boiled eggs.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

Pork (chops or loin)  fills me up almost instantly.  It is my favorite, but several bites in and I'm done. I'm not sure why that is, as I can eat quite a bit more of any other protein.

well done beef and chicken breast do it for me.  Also some celery and peanut butter.

I always feel full after eating a meal of pretty much anything.  The difference for me is how long it lasts.  Slider-type foods like yogurt, shakes, egg salad etc... don't stay with me a long time.  Dense proteins do.
