Plum Pit

I'm worried that I swallowed a Plum pit.
I have attempted to vomit it back out but its not and I really don't want to hurt myself in the process.
Should I be worried ?  What are the signs of blockage?   What would you do?

I would call my doc right away. If he seems worried then you can worry.

If I swallow something too bit it hurts like crazy until it either passes or comes back up.
