Ok, so yesterday I realized i had taken in quite a few calories.  i thought it was too much.  So I decided to start early today.  Naturally I screwed up this morning because I had to run out early.  Not a problem, start over.  I have decided to stop eating the fruited chobani yogurt.  This morning all I had was plain, sooooooo.
1 container of plain chobani
1 heaping tablespoon of sf strawberry preserves
1 packet Truvia
1/2 cap of sf torani syrup

Immediately after surgery, it was awful, now it is fabulous.  Better than the fruited ones.  A little more work to prep but saves me some calories and gives me a few more g of protein.  And the reduction in sugars is awesome.

Glad you made the switch and like it! I too do the plain chobani. I put a heaping spoon of Sugar-Free Polaner All Fruit in mine and it tastes better than the fruit flavors.  Enjoy!

I love chobani fruted yogurts.  I'll have to give your alternative a try.

I still put SF instant pudding mix in mine.  A little cheesecake flavor to start, then some other real flavor like lemon or chocolate.  Tastes just like eating a slice of cheesecake

chobani fruted yogurts has High sugar content in it, doesn't it?  I eat plain greek with fruit and splenda or stevia in it.  Sometimes I add SF jello or pudding powder to it.
