Flu like symptoms.. am I dumping?

Holy Crap, I am not feeling well.. I am 3 months post-op today and I made a huge mistake of eating some pretzel MMs last night.  About 30 minutes after eating them I began to feel horrible.  My body ached, I was really tired .  It felt like I was getting the flu.  I never dumped like this before.  Before when I didn't chew my food well enough I would throw up and feel better right away.. This feeling of the flu is still going on this morning.    How long does this last??   Lets just say lesson learned..  I do not like this feeling..  damn M & M's

Yep, probably dumping.

Not chewing well enough doesn't cause dumping.  And just throwing up and then feeling better right away isn't dumping.  This might be the first time you have dumped.

I think it should go away soon.  I've only dumped a few times but mine never lasted more than a couple hours.

Yup, sounds like dumping... I had that happen recently after drinking a ****tail that must have been too sweet. About 30 minutes later I felt woozy, my head hurt, I was sweating, my stomach hurt and I had to go to bed. It may last a couple of hours. I hope you are feeling better!

Yep....sounds like it.  Mine usually lasts a few hours but I've learned my lesson!  Don't plan on doing it again anytime soon!
