I have a very supportive family and friend network and feel SOOOOO blessed to have received so many kind words. But the card I received today from one of my favorite aunts is the best ever, and great advice for all of us to remember, newbies and vets alike:

"Just a quick note to let you know I'm cheering you on and wishing you a much healthier life!!

The sacrifices you are making now will be rewarded soon and I'm soooo looking forward to your spirit being even happier.

KEEP THE PROMISES YOU MADE TO YOURSELF, DON'T EVER FORGET THE GOALS YOU'VE SET.

Wishing you a successful bowel movement and less gas." LOL... that's why she is my favorite!

Be blessed!
