FOUND A NEW COOL SUMMER TREAT WITH PROTEIN POWER

YAY  SOMETHING NEW !!!!!  MY KIDS THOUGHT IT WOULD BE NICE TO BRING MOMMY A SUGAR FREE SLURPEE FROM 7-11 TODAY. WHICH WAS TASTY AND REFRESHING BUT I THOUGHT HEY I CAN KILL TWO BIRDS WITH ONE STONE AND ADDED HALF SCOOP UNFLAVORED PROTEIN POWDER. WELL IT WAS YUMMY. SUGAR FREE SLURPEE'S ARE STRONG IN FLAVOR SO I MIXED THE POWDER IN COLD WATER THEN ADDED IT TO SLURPEE SO IT DILUTED DOWN THE STRONG FLAVOR. JUST THOUGHT I'D SHARE THE NEW FIND TO ANYONE WHO HAS A 7-11 NEAR AND LIKES TREATS A BIT ON SWEET SIDE. 

I didn't know they had sugar free slurpees!!  I will be trying this!

What brand of unflavored protein powder do you buy? What else do you put it in? I've never tried the unflavored.

I currently have Bariatric Fusion powders , i get them at my surgeons office. The doctors in this office are the creaters of this line of products,, Protein powders and vitamins. I put unflavored powder in blender with crystal lite packet , ice ,water ,,also  I put a scoop in puddings , yogurts, mashed potatoes and gravy,   The product line is available online   i like these powders because they have enough vitamins and minerals in them and are considered a meal replacement. I havent looked into other varieties yet. My office also has Nector products which i like alot too. They are fruit flavored.
