I'm having RNY on 8-16-11 can I take women's ultra mega multivitamin from GNC if so how many would you take

Does it have 100% of the RDA of most stuff in it? If so, take two a day.

I know this is probley a stupid question, but where on the bottle would it say 100% RDA

Oh, that's not a stupid question at all. On the label, it should list a bunch of vitamins and minerals. Then it should say how much of those things is in there. Like it should say "vitamin D 400 IU" and next to that it should show a percentage, like 100%. You want to look at the percents and you want most of them to be 100 % or at least close to that.
