I know the answer to "WWJD" but what would YOU do???
No, that's never happened to me. Good grief, I can't imagine someone doing something so mean. Why on earth would someone do that? Even if sugar didn't make you sick, if you didn't want to eat it why would she want to trick you into eating by lying to you? I mean, I don't eat meat. It doesn't make me sick though. But as far as I know, no one has ever tried to trick me into eating it.
I don't even know what I would do in your place. Well, I wouldn't eat anything she brought to work again. I'd probably wait until I calmed down, then speak to her and tell her how angry and hurt you are that she did that.
I would also consider speak to her supervisor or someone in human resources about it. I'm not sure if I would do that or not, but I would think about it. Really, I think purposely tricking someone into eating something after being told it would make them sick is kind of scary. It's kind of a form of violence. I mean, if she did something like hit you, you'd report it and she'd be in trouble, right? And what if she does it again to someone else with even more serious results? Like, what if someone tells her they are allergic to peanuts and she decides to see what happens if she tricks them into eating something with peanuts? Their throat could swell shut and they could die.

Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
Yeah, it's been pretty much said above, but I have to chime in: that woman has some mental issue. I mean, if you had told her you had a severe peanut allergy, would she have secretly have slipped you some to see if you really do swell up and stop breathing?
She's a public menace, and really needs to be called out on that bizarre-o behavior...
