 I totally agree Lora. I have not looked at this once as a diet as I know myself forbidding is not something I do well with. Have I eaten something not to healthy since surgery yes but its usuaslly one or two bites and thats it and only if all my goals of the day are met.

I don't know about you, but I find it very freeing and empowering to be able to eat my 6 M&Ms and then put the rest of the bag away!  I am in control, not the food!  Four years ago I would have eaten the whole bag (small bag, not a 1-pound bag, LOL!) and then wished I had another one.

Do you....some of these comments are ridiculous and some are very rude. At the end of the day surgery or no surgery, we are all human. Go on and eat you some chips or whatever it is you desire just try to remember to eat it in moderation. The very ones that are judging on the very ones that are doing all kind of things under the sun. But would judge you and call you out because you're asking a simple question. As a matter of fact, I'm about to go buy me a small bag of Cheetos just because I read your comment. Lol!!!
