I want to break my scale!

I am 8 months out and went through the same thing. It is frustrating but keep logging your food and exercising. Make sure you are getting enough calories and protein.
I promise the scale WILL move again and keep moving. You will go through some stalls for sure but they will end. I just hit goal yesterday but a few months ago I thought the scale would be stuck forever. Try not to stress to much...keep doing what you are doing and you will make it to goal!! You are doing GREAT!!!

Break the scale. Or at least put it away and stay off it for a while.
I didn't lose anything the whole sixth month. Then I went on to lose a whole bunch more. Just keep doing what you're supposed to be doing. The weight will come off.

I use sparkpeople to log my food nd excercise and keep a journal there to to see what I am eating.
I found that I was eating too many nuts, I stopped buying them and finally after 3 months the scale moved.
What you might try to is not just careful about how much you eat but what it is? Carb heavy? Change up your diet and eat different items to see if that works.
I am about ready to give up my daily ritual of greek yogurt to see if that too will work. Also I recently added premier protein bars for a quick meal and now I am eating them for snacks too. They are high in calorie, so I am going to switch to kays natural protein snacks instead.

Why are you letting a stupid machine do this to you? The difference between 180 and 178 is one trip to the bathroom or one pint of water and means absolutely NOTHING in the grand scheme of things. Why are you doing this? It's stupid. Rejoice in what you have accomplished and throw the damned scale AWAY.
