My first short term goal was to lose all of my baby weight from my last baby. She is now 10.5 months old.

Well, when I stepped on the scale this morning....I met that goal! Yippee!

Next short term goal: To get down to the weight I was before ANY pregnancies. 26lbs to go!

Awesome!

You are smart to have smaller but meaningful goals.  For some reason my "I will lose 25# by 2 mos" isn't quite as motivating as your goals

I lost weight 15-20# with both kids  ???  I always said it was my best weight loss trick.  Unfortionately I didn't want 10 kids.

Congrats!!  I love doing small short-term goals.  I reached my first on on Monday, 50lbs. down.  The next one is to get into the 2x shirt.  I just went down to 3x from 4-5x.

You'll meet your 2nd one before you know it.  Keep up that great work!!

Thank you, everyone!

I find it VERY helpful to have small, meaningful goals prior to my ultimate goal. Those small goals keep me motivated.
