2 1/2 months post op am i doing good or bad?????

I will be 3 months post op on the 19th of august! I have lost 46 pounds and soo many inches. I am supposed to be between 400 and 600 calories a day. Right now i maybe do 350 to 400. I get alot of my protein in from my isopure rtd drinks these are the only protein drinks i can handle.. My day consists of string cheese, greek yogurt and grilled chicken and some turkey pepporoni i really cant handle anything else. I need help with some recipes and any advice you want to give me.. im desperate for ideas for food and other sources of good protein . I have alot of trouble getting down powdered protein it aleays comes back up. any suggestion please.. Another thing for me i cant eat tuna or ground turkey or beef it doesnt sit well with my pouch. please help with ideas or any recipes! Thanks for listening :)

Other sources of protein: eggs, cottage cheese, sugar free pudding with protein powder mixed in, beans (fixed in a variety of ways), vegetarian chili (I make mine with soy crumbles but if that's too much like ground beef for you, you can just make it with beans), veggie burgers, tofu, sliced deli meat and cheese rollups.

Also try scallops (4.3 gr protein/oz).  They have always gone down very easy for me -- and they cook in no time!
