Attention Smart Phone Users: What is the best app for tracking your protein/water/calories...

I'm two weeks out tomorrow and REALLY need to start keeping better track of my water/protein/calories/carb/etc.  I'm thinking the easiest way would be via cell phone app.  Does anyone have a recommendation for their favorite app to track this stuff?

I'm also open to other ways people track these things.

Thanks so much!

I like my fitness pal. I have it on mt iPad, android phone and the website. They all sync, so I can load data on whatever device I have close by.

A third vote for Myfitnesspal. I like that most of the protein powders are already available to search and add, but it's also easy to add ones that aren't on there yet. It does keep track of water, too, but I really like another app called "Water Your Body" for water tracking. It's on the iPhone, but I don't know about Android.

Calorie Counter from Fat Secret.  It is free on I-tunes and I use it everyday.  Love it!

I'm pre-op but have been using my fitness pal. I like that I can go online and print off 2 weeks of journals to bring to my NUT visits.

I Love my fitness pal.  If the food item is not already logged in the app you can scan it in with their scanning.  It is great!

I like myfitnesspal.com  but the Realize band people were at our support group last night and they now have a mobile site for realizemysuccess.com and it looks good too!
