has anyone had a problem getting B12???
$333 = that is nuts.
I just got enough for 25 injections and it cost me $1 but if it wasn't covered by insurance it would have only been $28.59

I don't know what "a little low" is. That is all the doctor (who was filling in)said. It wasn't a big concern it was just "a little low" ?
Should i be asking for numbers? or more information? I just trust everyone knows what they are doing lol.
If you were taking no B12 for six months, I would be surprised if it wasn't extremely low. But if it's really just a little low, then 1000 mcg a day is fine.

Many people need way more than 1000mcg daily. If you cant get your number right away, I would take 3 pills per day for a couple of weeks to get your levels up and then you probably need to continue on 2500mcg daily.
