Has anyone had a tummy tuck and donated the skin.  I was just wondering if this is a worthwhile avenue to look into.  I know I will definitely have some excess skin to get rid and I'm sure that there are plenty of people out there who could benefit from it.  Just wondering if anyone has done this.  Thanks for any input.

The skin that would be removed is usually so damaged (stretch marks) that it's not "good enough". Would be nice though.

I've heard that many post-ops who have PS decide to donate their skin and I believe it's a very worthwhile cause particularly for burn victims and others who've been disfigured.  I plan on donating my excess skin, it would end up as medical waste otherwise so why not :o)
